Health Check – free of charge

Points across all key areas of your bike are inspected, these include:
Frame, Saddle and Handlebars
Wheels; Tyres, Rims, Spokes and Hubs
Brake system; Levers, Calipers, Pads and Cables
Drivetrain; Gears, Levers, Chain, Bottom Bracket, Cranks and Cables
A visual check for all e-bike electrical components to highlight any physical damage that may affect performance

Fitting of a single new brake or gear cable including adjustment of the gears or brakes.
Please Note: cost of cable IS INCLUDED however, internal routing and re-taping of handlebars will incur a small extra cost

Inner brake cables replaced for safer braking
Inner gear cables replaced for smoother gear changes
Wheels trued (straightened)
Tyres checked and inflated correctly
Wipe down frame, forks and wheels
Chain & gears lubricated
Please Note: replacement cables are not always needed so the price does not include them

Wearable parts checked for common issues, including 2 x new parts fitted (cost of parts not included)
Brakes serviced & set up like new for safe braking (£15 for hydraulic brake bleed if required)
Gears fully serviced & set up like new
Wheels trued (straightened)
Chain deep cleaned and lubricated
Tyres checked and inflated correctly
Wipe down frame, forks and wheels

All parts service & adjustment
Full strip-down including drivetrain with parts machine-washed and de-greased
Fitting included at no extra cost on ALL parts (cost of parts not included)
Brakes serviced & set up like new for safe braking (£15 for hydraulic brake bleed if required)

Wheels trued (straightened)
Chain deep cleaned and lubricated
Tyres checked and inflated correctly
Hub, headset & bottom bracket bearings checked, lubricated and adjusted
Tubeless sealant topped up
